What can Dealer ConnectionSM do for me?

Provide job interviews with dealers locally and nationally. Since most dealers advertise only in local markets, if you are interested in relocating you may never see their ads. Additionally, many of our client dealers require confidentiality when replacing or improving upon present employees and will either forego advertising or place ads confidentially. Dealer Connection SM can place you in front of dealers that you may not have known were looking!

How do I become a Dealer Connection SM Candidate?

Send your resume and references via fax, mail or email. References should include past employers, other department heads, manufacturer and bank reps, etc. (Please include the phone number of a personal relative). We require a phone interview afterward so that we may fully understand your placement criteria (salary, relocation...). Once this interview is complete we will set you up in the Dealer Connection SM placement system and contact you as positions arise the meet your placement criteria.

How much does it cost?

You pay absolutely nothing for our service!

I'm still employed. Will my dealer find out?

Dealer Connection SM provides a completely confidential service. We will never present you to our clients unless you first know who they are, where they are located, the contact person, etc.

I do not have a resume. What do I do?

Click on the resume link and follow instructions.

I do not have dealership experience. Am I still eligible?

No. Dealer Connection SM requires that candidates have dealership experience. Unrelated resumes will be discarded.

I have experience with a manufacturer and I want to work at a dealership. Am I qualified?

Absolutely! Many of our clients can use the experience of factory trained employees. Send us your resume and references.

If I refer other candidates to you, what's in it for me?

Possibly your next job! It is not uncommon for us to place a referred candidate who may then recommend you for a position at the same dealership. For example: We had a General Manager who referred to us an Office Manager, which we placed at a dealership two weeks later. Two weeks after that, upon hearing about an available General Manager position within the company, this candidate informed the dealer and the General Manager candidate was hired. Therefore, the more candidates you refer, the better your chances are of landing your desired position!

I am interested in relocating. How does that work?

If a long-distance client is interested in you (based on the resume we provided) we will have you contact them first to conduct a preliminary telephone interview. If this interview goes well and the dealer would like to meet with you, arrangements usually follow soon thereafter. In many cases our clients will pay the airfare and sometimes the relocation costs.

I will need to sell my home and find a place to live if I relocate. How?

Since Dealer Connection SM is a national company, it is only natural that we work with a company that can not only assist you in selling or renting out your home, but can also help you buy or rent a new home, condo or apartment, either temporary or permanently. Ask your contact person for more information.
